HOW DOES A BREATHWORK COACHING SESSION WORK?
In an inventory interview we map out your complaints and wishes. Together we will look at which techniques are suitable for you. The starting point of the sessions is the Conscious Connected Breathing. The techniques from Heart Coherence and the Wim Hof Method can be used additionally.
A breathing session consists mainly of a physical part, in which you lie comfortably. First, I analyze your breathingpattern. Then we activate your breathing under the guidance of music. This is followed by an intergration part that people experience as a higher state of consciousness with deep relaxation.
At least as important as breathing itself, is the integration of the insights and experiences gained. We translate these into an action plan suited for your process in daily life.
During the session I will take care of you in an atmosphere of complete safety and will guide you to slowly sink into yourself and to be with what comes up. So you can surely surrender to your own process.
